1: Selection according to speed ratio

The reduction ratio of the reducer roughly selects the number of the rated speed of the motor divided by the final output speed.For example, if the final output speed is 200RPM and the rated speed of the motor is 3000RPM, then the speed ratio of the reducer is about 1:15.The final output speed depends on the working conditions.

2: According to the torque selection

减速机的额定扭矩要大于等于电机额定扭矩乘以减速比的得数。假设电机额定扭矩为10N.M，减速比为15，那么所选择的减速机型号的额定扭矩要大于10*15=150N.M。

3: Selection according to accuracy

The return gap (backlash, backlash or rotation gap) of the reducer depends on the specific work requirements. Generally speaking, the gap used with the servo motor should not be greater than 20arcmin. The single-stage deceleration can achieve less than or equal to 3arcmin, generally high-end products.

4: Selection according to specifications

减速机的截面尺寸一般要和电机截面尺寸差不多,其他参数好参考所选品牌的说明，技术样本一般标明了选型步骤及计算例。具体型号各品牌有不同表示。通常以输出法兰尺寸或截面尺寸大致表示，一般有40/42、50/60、70/80、90、115/120、142、160、180、220、240等等规格。
